Forms of payment
Our standard terms are net 30 with approved
credit. We also accept the following credit cards: Visa,
MasterCard and American Express. The credit card is not charged
until the order has shipped.
Back orders
To better serve our
customers we try to keep all colors and sizes of rope readily available.
In those instances that a particular color or size is temporarily out
of stock, the in stock items will be shipped immediately and any
backordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.
Returns
Our company insists on outstanding quality, value and service. Within
30 days, we guarantee that every item we sell will be free of
manufacturer’s defects. The item will be evaluated by a third party
(repair service/consultant) and accepted for exchange or repair due to
manufacturer’s defects only. Regal Connection will apply a 25%
Restocking Fee to any approved returned item not due to manufacturers
error or defect. Original shipping and handling charges are
nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer’s defects or freight
damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the
customer, except in the case of the manufacturer’s defects. If you
cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if
the item has already shipped from our company.
Returning a
Purchase
Mail your
purchase back only with a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number(RMA#). An RMA# can be obtained by calling (800) 934-0840.
Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for
your return to be credited or exchange made. Please send your package
prepaid and insured to the following address:

Be sure that
the RMA Number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package.
Also make sure to include your name, address and daytime phone
number. All packages that do not either display a RMA Number will be
refused and sent back to the sender at the sender’s expense. |
